Molly Powell - Publishing Director
Molly Powell is the Publishing Director for Hodderscape, who is continually surprised and delighted that – contrary to her teachers’ opinions – her teenage obsession with reading science fiction and fantasy under the desk has turned into an Actual Job. In classic book nerd form, she has an abundance of bookshelves, two ragdoll cats called Nettle and Eddie, and is in a very serious and committed relationship with English Breakfast tea.

Charlie Castelletti - Editorial Director
Charlie Castelletti is the Editorial Director at Hodderscape. They’re interested in all things romantic fantasy, romantasy, accessible fantasy, dystopian (and all new iterations to come), strong and unique one-line hooks, and very voicey writing they can't tear themselves away from. Charlie enjoys everything from an epic new world, a deliciously gothic and dark atmosphere, to urban fantasy, low fantasy, and stories on the cosier end of things. Anything with a royalcore aesthetic, courtly politics and ballgowns will make them giddy with excitement, and they're always here for popular romance tropes (including but not limited to: enemies-to-lovers / forbidden love / love triangles / fake dating / arranged marriages / forced proximity, etc). They love speculative fiction (if it can make them cry, even better!); accessible time-travel stories; retellings of all kinds from a fresh perspective; diverse voices; unique magic systems and generally anything hooky and twisty.
Other than drinking copious amounts of tea, they can be found not writing, searching for their cat Cali, listening to the Outlander soundtrack on repeat, and scrolling through fashion, interior design and homo reno reels.

Delayna Spencer - Senior Commissioning Editor
Delayna Spencer is Senior Commissioning Editor at Hodderscape, looking to acquire exciting voices in science fiction and adult fantasy. Ever the mystery to herself, she suspects she might be a vampire, a werewolf — or simply sitting on a cache of latent superpowers waiting to surface. Delayna is passionate about all things fantasy; whether it be books that shine new light on underexplored mythologies and folklore, immersive worlds that readers are loathe to leave, tales that broaden cultural horizons or charming escapes to cosier scenes. In science fiction, she champions accessible, forward-thinking tales that surprise and delight.
Outside the office, you’ll find Delayna hanging upside-down in aerial classes, devouring every new horror film, tracking the world’s most curious cults, and mediating peace talks between her dog Olive and cat Hero.

Marina Dominguez-Salgado - Editorial Assistant
Marina is an Editorial Assistant at Hodderscape - helping out with admin and (her favourite part of the job) reading submissions! Her preferred genre is fantasy, especially romantasy. She loves reading, or dare I say buying, books and you'll always be able to find her browsing at the closest bookshop, trying to look for her next read.

Aiysha Nazir - Editorial Assistant
Aiysha joined Hodderscape in May 2025. In fiction, she’ll pick up most things but is drawn to slow-burn, page-turning narratives that scale time and history. She is particularly keen on genre-blending stories, that can expertly meld magic and science in a character-driven format.
When she’s not looking for the next Gods of Jade and Shadow by Silvia Moreno-Garcia, R.F. Kuang’s BABEL or Catherine Doyle’s The Dagger and the Flame, you can find her reading something without magical persons or brushing off her skateboard (no one has actually seen her on it).

Laura Bartholomew - Marketing Manager
Laura is a Marketing Manager at Hodderscape. Like a lot of millenial fantasy girlies, Twilight was the book that made her a hardcore fantasy fan. Her favourite books are almost always an epic fantasy or romance and she still cannot believe she gets to read these sorts of books for work. She loves travelling to new places, restaurant hopping across London and chilling at home with her black cat Honey.

Kate Keehan - Senior Publicity Manager
Kate is Senior Publicity Manager at Hodderscape. She's loved fantasy fiction since she read The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings with her dad as a small child. Her myriad other interests include the Real Housewives universe, Formula 1, and houseplants. She is from Waterford, Ireland, and loves going home to see her family, the sea, and her sassy Alaskan Malamute Sansa.

Robyn Bowler - Brand Manager
Robyn is the Brand Manager for Hodderscape and looks after our website, socials and email newsletters. An avid reader from a young age, fantasy fiction has always been her safe place. If a story has magic and intrigue she's there, it’s place to escape to when the noise of the world becomes too much. When not working or reading, you’ll find her sharing a love of all things fantasy with her two children – who are now almost equally as obsessed with The Nightmare Before Christmas as her!

Daisy Woods - Designer
Daisy is a Cover Designer at Hodderscape. Her personal fixations are traditional Victorian Dust Jackets & the Alien Franchise. She is an avid reader and lover of anything fantasy - especially if it’s paranormal or has MAGIC. When not making pretty and shiny things, she is playing devoted servant to her cats & elderly corn snake Link, collecting (ethically sourced) butterflies, crocheting and watching Dexter.
